Had an a/c unit in the attic and the overflow quit. Water went through two ceilings and a floor. Aeret Restoration removed flooring, drywall, etc. then put the house back together. We worked with Zach who handled things amazingly and had a top notch team for everything. The house and new flooring are amazing with extreme attention to detail.
Most importantly. My wife had a fear of coming home to a mess, but she never had to worry as the house was beyond clean! Floors, windows, etc.
I’d give this team ten stars if I could!

We unfortunately had a pipe break and water damage to our whole first floor. Aeret responded and was on site within 2 hours of the call on a Sunday to assess the situation and begin their mitigation process. They were very professional and responsive to say the least. The communication from Kenny and the entire staff at Aeret was excellent as well, which made a horrible experience a bit more bearable. I’d highly recommend them!

Reached out to Charlie several times for a restoration estimate. No callbacks and website form didn’t work. Not reliable when you need quick help.

We were in the process of buying a new house when we discovered a old problem. We contacted Aeret and Charley Smyth was beyond wonderful.
He helped guide our decision process on the mold issue and arranged for a team to come out for remediation
He even called me from vacation to follow up on the work. Aeret did a great job and Charley removed a lot of angst. Highly recommended

Highly recommended! Zack and his team were great to work with they were out to the job within 2 days for inspection of the damage. Gave a very professional and detailed quote. The crew was extremely thorough and took great care to make sure the job was well done. They went above and beyond to handle our belongs. They gave detailed daily report with pictures and description of all work. Very happy Thanks again Zack

I have complete happiness and satisfaction with Charlie Smyth and Aeret Restoration. My wife posted a week ago but I wanted to add my thoughts and feelings as well.
First of all, I am absolutely blown away by how beautiful our condominium looks, My Wife and Charlie were so visionary, working together they created something I could not even imagine in a 1000 years. Aeret was the perfect company to get this done and Charlie was the perfect project manager. Because we were in Ohio during all of the work, we were understandably nervous and had questions and concerns along the way. The best thing I can say about Charlie Smyth is that He was always so communicative. If we called, he usually answered right away or called back within an hour. He put pictures on the website almost every day so that we could see the progress. He would send us videos, he would FaceTime with us and walk through the condo, showing us everything and explaining everything. He answered every question and concern, he changed things that we felt like needed to be changed, We asked “Could we do it this way?” If it was possible, he would change it, if it was not possible, he would explain why. I flew down in the middle of the project just to see where they were at and what their process was. Charlie was courteous and kind, and not bothered at all that I was there. I have never been more pleased with a contractor in my life. Their ability to show up when they promised, they were never late. They often arrived early and stayed later. Our house has an automatic lock that notifies us when somebody opens or closes the door. We knew when they arrived, and when they left. Charlie and his team removed our entire kitchen, then removed all of our tile floor and carpeting. They replaced the tile in the entire condo, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the lanai. Then they added all new kitchen cabinets and countertop. This is where their vision happened. I highly recommend Charlie Smyth and Aeret Restoration for any work you might need to have done. They are amazing.
