Ken Brown

Ken Brown is the CEO of Revocor Group, with nearly 30 years of experience in the building industry. He has successfully managed various projects, including large commercial ventures and multi-family developments, and assisted clients affected by hurricane damage nationwide. Ken’s dedication to client satisfaction is evident in his approach to treating clients like family. He goes above and beyond to meet their needs and strives for excellence.

Outside of work, Ken cherishes spending quality time with his family and friends. Walking with his wife Mary and their Boston Terrier named Frank brings him joy and relaxation.


Zach Licursi
Business Operations Integrator

Zach Licursi is an alumnus of The University of Connecticut, holding a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Economics and a subsidiary focus in Business. He serves as the Business Operations Integrator for Aeret Restoration and iB Construction. In this role, Zach manages operational functions, ensuring both entities achieve and exceed their strategic objectives.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Zach is an aficionado of culinary arts, specifically the art of pizza making. He enjoys spending his leisure time on reflective walks with his dog, Bentley, and immersing himself in music.


Kenny Brown
Vice President

Kenny brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. With a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University, Kenny combines his educational background and over 15 years of experience in the restoration industry. Known for his dedication to client satisfaction, Kenny aims to please by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations. His extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to the team at Aeret Restoration.

Outside of work, Kenny cherishes spending time with family. He enjoys cooking and watching sports to unwind.

Jessica Santana
Director of Accounting

Jessica is a highly skilled accounting team manager who ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all financial matters. Her wonderful personality fosters an excellent office culture, promoting teamwork and positivity.

Jessica enjoys reading, gardening, baking, volunteering, and being a dedicated soccer mom. These activities showcase her passion for personal growth, nurturing others’ well-being, and finding joy in various aspects of life.


Charles Smyth
Director of Catastrophe Services

Charles Smyth is the Director of Catastrophe Services at Aeret Restoration, bringing extensive experience in the restoration industry. As an Army Veteran with over ten years of experience, Charles has served on multiple hurricane response teams, providing valuable assistance to clients.

With his leadership skills and attention to detail, Charles effectively coordinates teams and resources for efficient restoration solutions. Outside work, he enjoys building models, spending time with his wife and four sons, and engaging in outdoor activities.


Cameron Brown
Project Manager

Cameron is an adept Project Manager with six years of expertise in efficiently handling emergency water damage and mold remediation projects for commercial and luxury residential clients. Known for his high attention to detail, Cameron excels in building meaningful client relationships and is committed to exceeding expectations.

Cameron loves motorcycle cruising, playing pickleball games, walking his dogs, and exploring parks. Additionally, he shares a passion for culinary adventures with his partner Kelsey, constantly seeking out new restaurants to try and experimenting with recipes.


Nick Leib
Project Manager

Nick Leib is a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in water damage mitigation and mold remediation. With extensive expertise in healthcare and commercial properties, Nick ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality through excellent communication and meticulous documentation.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys honing his culinary skills, spending valuable time with his family, and undertaking various home improvement projects.


Antonio Velez
Repairs Manager

Tony is a dedicated Project Manager known for his commitment to client satisfaction. With a strong desire to please clients, Tony consistently goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. He is a kind-hearted team player who gets things done with a positive attitude.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending quality time with his wife by taking leisurely walks on the beach. He also finds fulfillment in working on his house and being actively involved with his church community.
